„Excellent kitchen and staff, very nice and lowkey, very low water pressure, bed was too firm, should change up breakfast menu a bit, low water quality“

„Staff were professional and friendly. Customer service was good.“

„Wifi restriction, rooms smelled damp, AC not working, poor ventilation, flooding bathroom when you shower. Not worth the cost.“

„In all it was a very good stay, however, they seemed to have an issue with hotels.com, which led to me paying an extra N5000. But apart from that the hotel was great and I will book again.“

„It was an ok stay the rooms are spacious and he bed is large! “

How would he know if I had a reservation or not if he did not know my name? We arrived there and they would not even let us through the gate. There was construction going on. We stood outside in the street in a foreign country and an ...

„Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I woke up the first morning to loud noises outside my window. When I looked out, I noticed a mechanic's workshop right under my window. They moved me to a quieter room, but the Internet did not ...
