Grundsätzlich waren alles zufriedenstellend. Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat..... Ich kam von einem Nachtflug um 7h morgens an. Obwohl das Zimmer frei war, war ein Check-in vor 13h nicht möglich bzw. nur gegen Aufpreis. Das frühere einchecken hätte aber das gleiche gekostet wie das Zimmer für eine Nacht. Die Rezeption hat selber nicht darauf hingewiesen wo man die Zeit überbrücken kann. Beispielsweise am Pool oder in daneben befindlichen Bar. Habe die Örtlichkeiten selbst ausfindig machen müssen....

Ultra-helpful / responsive staff. Excellent location east end of the Corniche park, a one hour walk along the seaside. Louvre Abu Dhabi a short taxi ride east. Airport bus A2 stop a 3-5 min. walk. The only issue was my inferior room next to an inside airwell with windows screwed shut and occasional air conditioner noise.

We had a great 2 nights here. The room was well equipped and comfy and the staff lovely. Pool large and quiet. I asked for a quier room and no 205 was quiet, it was a Monday and Tuesday.night. Bus stops easily walkable,the grand.mosque is 50 min and 40p fare! Lots of shops and eateries and 2 great cheap supermarkets nearby. We loved staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of spending one night at the Al Ain Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, situated right next to the picturesque Abu Dhabi Corniche. This prime location not only offered beautiful views but also easy access to the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were notably friendly, adding a personal touch to my short stay. They were attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Regarding the accommodations, the room met all my expectations. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the Al Ain Palace Hotel proved to be an excellent choice for a brief visit to Abu Dhabi, combining convenience, comfort, and friendly service.

As the hotel was fully booked, I got an inside room on the first floor with blanked-out windows, felt like a bunker. There was bathroom mold around the bath. The nightclub in the ground floor produced a lot of noise until very early hours. I’m quite surprised about all this as it is actually a very nice & good hotel, had no issues in the past. Hope this was just an exemption…

Overall my stay was good, the lobby is very nice and the staff are very curtious, but the room let my stay down, especially the bathroom which is very dated and the shower is so small. The main room is just ok. The bed was comfortable and a fridge and safe in the room, but what let it down for me was the small TV on the wall and lack of accesable sockets to recharge my devices. Having access to a great pool was a plus and the location in Abu Dhabi is good too

Overall it was ok, but not like a 4 stars hotel, the room was not so clean and furniture is old, specially bathroom..they have a good coffee corner with many choices, they don't have a parking, you have to park on paid public parking, staff was nice. The best was the swimming pool which is very nice and clean

The receptionist who checked me in sorry i could not remember his name ..he has been professional and very accommodating... the hotel is very strict in this period of COVID-19.. Very kind staff, the hotel is closed to Marya Mall, so if you want to go to food court the mall is very closed to the hotel. Fantastic swimming pool, really great. The hotel food is high quality and price is affordable. The room is big compared to the price.

Room is not too spacious but clean. Despite haven booked extra large double bed, the bed is not large, if the bed is larger would be better! The toilet is clean and good facilities, yet the shower area is too small for me, a moderate sized woman.
