2 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, huge terrace, garden & swimming pool, in a quiet area. Furnished, equipped, including the kitchen, TV, very fast internet - fiber optic cable) & bedding.
Daily cleaning service and free laundry and ironing of your personal clothes
The place is ideal for families. It is quiet and secure. There is a huge playing net for children.
The owner (French family) live downstairs.
Airport transfer, car rental and breakfast are available.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is located on the main terrace. The large terrace also has a play net, and a hammock, with a view of the swimming pool.
All services included: cleaning, free laundry (washing and ironing), linen changes and cleaning every 4 days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove + oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Plenty of kitchen utensils are provided. An outdoor barbecue is available by the pool.
Beds are fitted with premium Makassi Gold mattresses and high quality 100% cotton linens.
Baby cot and high chair available. Internet TV with Netflix.
Guests have access to the swimming pool, garden and the sports and relaxation area (ping pong, table football, punching bag, dumbbells, etc.).
The house is guarded and is located in a very peaceful area at the end of a dead end.
We also offer breakfast (9€) and airport transfer (55€) and large bottles of mineral water (18 liters, 10€).

Guests have access to the garden, swimming pool and the sports / leisure area which include ping-pong table, foosball, bench press, box bag and a huge suspended playing net.
Guests have the entire apartment for themselves, including its big terraces. The pool and garden are shared with the owners who live downstairs.

The Residence has a concierge 24h. He cleans the apartment and changes your sheets, blankets, and towels. Our maid downstairs takes care of your laundry.

We are looking for quiet guests: no parties, no loud music. The pool is closed from 8pm to 8am.

You can order, at an extra fee, the airport pick-up (55 € one-way), breakfast (9€), lunch (23 €), dinner (23 €) as well as a drinking water (18 liters) – 10 €.
