Butler Service (Included)
Your stay includes a dedicated full-time villa butler available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, ready to make your stay seamless, comfortable, and personal.
Services the butler can assist with include:
• Setting up breakfast or light meals (ingredients not included)
• Arranging massages, yoga instructors, or local tours
• Booking transport or airport transfers
• Hiring scooters or drivers
• Coordinating with external laundry services
• Providing local recommendations and support
• Assisting with check-in/check-out and daily guest comfort

A spider may weave a web here and there, but they’re non-threatening and part of the jungle rhythm. It’s raw, real, and alive — just like the best memories you`ll take home.
We do our best to maintain comfort with:
• Regular fumigation (twice monthly)
• Daily cleaning and maintenance
• Mosquito repellents and electric diffusers provided in each bungalow
We ask for understanding that this is a jungle retreat, not a sealed hotel. If insects, sounds of the wild, or walking through nature aren’t for you, this may not be the best fit. • A refundable pet deposit is required before check-in and will be returned at checkout if no damage is incurred.

Please note: Stairs are required to access the bungalows, as the property is naturally terraced along to reach the riverbank. This adds to the sense of retreat and privacy but may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.
