Aufzug defekt bei steiler Treppe. Nasses Handtuch des Vorgängers hängt noch im Zimmer. Dicke Teppiche sollen die Unebenheiten des Holzbodens ausgleichen. Das ist sehr unpraktisch für Rollkoffer. Die Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs ist sehr praktisch, zumal es dort viele verschiedene Restaurants gibt

Due to events in the ballroom which was close to my room, it was very noisy. Breakfast was good. Good recommendations from the people at reception regarding for example the trips in the surroundings.

Die Vorhänge konnte man nicht zu ziehen. Wir waren in einem Nebenteil des Hotels ohne andere Gäste. War nachts sehr laut und etwas gruselig.

Die Möbel fallen schon auseinander. Unter dem Bett hatte es noch Abfall von vorherigen Gästen und es war extrem staubig darunter. Ich hatte den Ausblick in den Innenhof, was an sich nicht schlimm ist, aber da leben sehr viele Tauben, die die ganze Nacht einen krach machten. Mein Zimmer war neben einer Brandschutztür und wenn man da durch ging hat es in meinem Zimmer so gekracht, dass ich jedesmal aufgewacht bin. Es steht, es hat Wäscheservice, ich konnte allerdings meine Wäsche leider nicht machen.

Eingangsbereich/Lobby ist modern und sauber. Frühstück war ausreichend und war sehr gut. Jedoch das Zimmer war sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Das Schlafzimmer ging noch einigermaßen, jedoch meinten wir, dass jeden momentan das Kopfteil weg fällt (bei beiden Betten). Das schlimmste war das Bad, wir haben uns geweigert uns zu duschen. Es war alles nur alt und „versifft“. Waren Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht.

The carpet in the rooms all need to be shampooed. The beds are comfy and the linens are nice. The food is scruptious. The breakfast buffet is awesome. We did upgrade to a "better" room for a nominal fee. It was worth it. It is an older building but with a lot of charm.

It is what it is. Shame about the people hanging around the front and in the car clearly "smoking" The area around the hotel had a very "distinctive" smell. The hotel itself was fine, big room all facilities included and a good breakfast.

Our second time here. Still good, but the heat didn't work in our room. The receptionist seemed to believe that the heating was on a timer but was unsure of the times. When we returned at 8:30 PM and the room was still cold, the receptionist offered us a portable electric heater, which we thankfully took.It wasn't quite as good, but better than nothing.

Veldig bra beliggenhet! Imøtekommende ansatte. Gå avstand til buss og tog stasjon, samt flere butikker og kjøpesenter! MEN om du er sensitiv for lyd eller sover lett, er ikke dette hotellet for deg. Mye knirking i gulvet, høre alt naborommene gjør, samt de oppforbi. Vinduet er ikke tett, så det var trekk samt høy trafikk lyd.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it is consistently good. Easy check in by friendly staff. High standard of cleanliness. We had breakfast at a busy time but this was handled professionally by the dining room staff as they worked hard to keep the food topped up. Great variety and presentation of hot, tasty food. Excellent value for money.

Station hotel Aberdeen ideal if touring by rail.
Breakfast was good and plentiful. However by 0930 all the food and plates were gone and cleared away. So much for a holiday lay in and leisurely breakfast to start the day of? Go to other hotels and breakfast they start clearing away slowly not everything gone by 0935 not even a chance of toast or even a cup of tea. However the hotel id ideal right next to Rail and bus Stations.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Great location for central Aberdeen easy to get to by car, and then easy to get round by foot (next to city centre), train, bus (right by station) or car (free car park) Only issue was a lack of plug sockets in the room. There were only two in the room. If you’re watching tv and boiling a kettle then you can’t charge your phone or devices. Which was annoying with two of us in the room. Also hard to boil a kettle as the plug height doesn’t allow the kettle to sit anywhere safe whilst boiling. There are no shelves or surfaces other than the floor near the plugs. And the kettle lead is to short to let it be satin the floor when plugged in.
