Gut für businesstrip
Sehr gut situiert, nur ein paar Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Generell ist die Bedienung eher unpersönlich. Mag vielleicht daran liegen, dass Aberdeen eine "Ôlstadt" ist und dort meistens Ôlarbeiter ein- und auschecken, die für kurze Zeit geschäftlich in Aberdeen was zu tun haben... Die Kissen waren extrem hart und zu hoch. Frühstücksbuffet musste extra bezahlt werden und es war nichts besonderes.

Zu empfehlen...
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße und dem Zentrum entfernt. Dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sauberen und gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet, ein Schrank fehlt. Das Personal ist klasse. Frühstück ist aber nicht zu empfehlen.

2 Tage Aufenthalt waren für Aberdeen ideal. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet alles, was man von ParkInn gewohnt ist. Toll war das kostenlose Upgrade auf Business-Suite! Gerne wieder!!

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage
Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. Das Frühstück war üppig. Parken war nur im nah gelegenen Parkhaus für gbp 12 möglich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Zimmer und Sauberkeit sehr gut, Service / Personal ebenfalls. Parken nur in öffentlichem Parkhaus, 12 GBP / Tag. Frühstück mangelhaft. Brötchen nicht ausreichend aufgebacken, Bacon nur erhitzt und nicht gegrillt wie angeschrieben,Tee nicht gut, Belag schlecht und wenig Auswahl, keine gute Wahl an Cerials. Obst und Saft gut.

Extremely rude reception, bad service
The first thing I was told at the reception: "You booked through an external company (expedia in my case) - we don't know you". From thereon it went only downwards. i have been staying at this hotel several times, always good experience, but it felt this time that there must be a new management. Hotel restaurant food was extremely bad (thai curry was served 5min after order, semi-warmed up in the microwave, hardly eatable). No folks, you will not see me again, in particular not given the room rate of over 250GBP. I expect 4+ star treatment for this price.

Preisgünstigis und gutes Hotel
Hotel und Zimmer in einem guten Zustand, Frühstück empfehlenswert, Zimmer sowie Bad sauber. das einzige was wir bei Park Inn vermissen ist ein Kühlschrank oder eine Minibar im Zimmer ( die gibt es aber glaube Ich in keinem Hotel dieser Kette ) Lage des Hotels recht Zentral nur ca 5 Minuten zur haupten Einkaufsstrasse. Vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss man mit etwa 18 Pfund für das Taxi rechnen ( One way ) Sollten wir nochmal nach Aberdeen reisen werden wir diese Hotel gerne wieder in Erwägung ziehen sofern der Preis wieder so ist wie bei diesem Aufenthalt ( Wochenende Fr-So Sightseeing/Shopping )

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage
Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, moderne Ausstattung, etwas kalt im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkgarage ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden, gehört aber nicht zum Hotel und ist etwas teuer (12 GBP am Tag). Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe zur Einkaufsstraße. Ich würde aber dieses Hotel wieder nehmen!

This is a classic space where they want to spy on everyone. Internet is not secure. Different people from all walks of life come here to rest. The hotel wants to spy on everyone and cannot provide secure internet connection. I won't stay in their espionage hole ever again! Simply DISGUSTED.

The room was a bit dated, scuff marks on the walls. Pillows and mattress seemed very very old, the queen bed I had 2 twin mattresses joined and as you can imagine, the center of the bed was uncomfortable to lie down. The frame of the mattress was protruding out making it difficult to get proper rest.

Fantastic Customer Service
I have been staying at this hotel on a relatively regular basis for work and the best thing about it is their staff. I had an issue on a previous stay and Jodie went above and beyond to resolve it for me which was greatly appreciated and she even remembered me at the next stay. Really good example of top quality customer service. Also in general the staff that I have interacted with have always been very welcoming and friendly even when checking in late at night. I do also like the little touches like having bottle water in the rooms too. My only suggestion would be to improve the pillows in some of the rooms as some of them have seen better days.

We found the rooms on the small side, the beds were a bit firmer then we’re used to but survivable. Being January we expected the rooms to be at least comfortably warm, the temperature control panel showed 22 degrees C which we set ours at home as but it felt more like 19c I changed the setting to it’s max 24c but absolutely nothing happened we’re from Canada and can handle cool temperatures but we found this really cold. We travelled with 2 other couples and talked to others staying in the hotel and well and everyone said their rooms were very cold. Requesting portable heaters is the only thing you can do as they Apparently won’t recalibrate the gages to heat at temperatures above 19c Everything else was fine but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the winter months, we feel sorry for staff who have work in these very cold conditions on a daily basis.

Good location but uncomfortable bed
Nice hotel good location close to everything you need. Check-in very slow.. Bedroom ok however bed very uncomfortable, slept very badly due to hard mattress that really need replacement.
