"They used fake Ai images to show amenities that were not there. Expedia refused to cancel the booking and so did the the manager after I confronted them. They later removed the images but Expedia continues to list the property and did not issue a refund. I will be filing FTC and CPB complaints"

"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"
