As the Hotel is located close to the railway station and facing the tracks I asked for a quiet room when making the reservation. With all good intention we were allocated two rooms in the middle of the building but unfortunately that did not help: Although we could not hear the tracks, the motorbikes on the nearby road seemed to soar right through our room and even worse, the carriages being pulled in and out the service door right underneath our room at 6:15a.m. did the same and the night's rest was finally over. Our take was that there were probably no quiet rooms in the hotel, at least not until the A/C is installed in the front rooms which was announced for August 2019.
For the rest we were actually very happy, as the check-in was very friendly and helpful (though the solution was far from perfect) and the lobby and rooms are well designed. Breakgast was also very good.
