This is not what I was expecting from Radisson
I was very disappointed with my stay. I checked in late night, first thing I needed to do is cleaning the brown dirt inside the toilet with a toilet-brush. Somebody (I guess a cleaning lady) opened the door in the morning without knocking before. This is not acceptable that somebody attend your room while you are still checked in without knocking to the door first. I was calling the hotel a day before and asking for a gluten-free breakfast. The service said, it's enough to ask shortly before breakfast - what I did. I become a deep frozen bread, that was stinky and sour. I asked a person from the kitchen and he couldn't advice me what was inside the bread, where and when it was produced/delivered. According to him - there was no label with such information. This is again not acceptable, you may poison your guests. Beside that, there was no description on any meal regarding allergens/gluten (which is regular in many other hotels). All my complains I have forwarded to the reception at my check out, hoping it will reach the relevant person. This quality is not what I was expecting from a Radisson Hotels standards. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.
