Nur im Zimmer. - Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit. -Zimmer sind der Wahnsinn, auch mit der extra Bestellung der kissen.Sogar eine Gratis minibar hat es im Zimmer. - So wie ein Gratis fitness und Pool wo ...

Reception staff were warm and attentive, offering great service from the moment I arrived. „The property has been very beautifully renovated. When I arrived at this hotel, there was no bell boy in front of the hotel. Inside it felt quite empty. Check-in and check-out were on an average level as well as food at breakfast. Most of staff is on a beginner level and does not want to take-over responsibilities outside of their comfort zones.“

„Ein sehr schöner Platz und super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Fußnähe zu erreichen. Nur die direkte Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen….. liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel selbst sondern an der Stadtverwaltung selbst. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. “

„The room was big, quiet and colorful with beautiful bathroom and balcony. A very smart design of the room integrating the bathroom in different ways. The location is a bit outside the center but still very good. Only the front desk was not too nice. A bit cold in check in and let us wait before leaving the hotel to double check the minibar. All in all an amazing experience with good value for money “

I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner ...

„New and modern building. A few structural defects but so what, it is Romania. Reception is incredible. Great infrastructure, spacious rooms. You can still work on the gastronomic offer, especially on breakfast. Far away from the city centre, therefore bad traffic connections, no matter, taxis are very cheap in Bucharest. Should I come to Bucharest again, I will stay there again.“

„Not 5 stars! 2.5! Had to reset the internet a few times each day. Bathtub was all mildewed, the other bathroom was missing the shower door and had no shower curtain. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the carpets were stained and not even fully attached to the floor. The the view was not as expected. This was a case of pretty decor covering up a lot. We contacted Hotels as soon as we checked in, but could not be refunded. Be careful with this one!!!“
