„We loved the Thomas Hardy connection, the history and the stories that Chris told us about the location and history. We loved the friendly atmosphere, warm welcome, and we felt more like family than tourists. We loved the room, the location, and the peace and quiet.loved the attention to detail and the sustainable and ecological energy and food production - so inspiring. „Lovely little cottage, well equipped . Friendly hosts. Really appreciated the welcome pack with Milk , teabags, biscuits etc , thank you 😍 Parking space is a bit tricky to access via a narrow drive , but not enough to stop us wanting to go back . Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both bedrooms but one of the doors didn't lock properly so if travelling as friends need to know when the other is in the bathroom 😂 Overall really loved it here and would definitely go again “

„A BEAUTIFUL hotel. We stayed as part of a larger tour of Cornwall and our stay here was leaps and bounds above the rest. So many nice touches a arrival treat, hot chocolate and journey home treats!! Staff are wonderful and the room is WONDERFUL!!!!“

„After an active and amazing week in Iceland, we were very keen on some relaxing days in Newquay. The apartment lived up to expectations and was much like shown in the advertisement. Very cozy and with all the amenities you've expected for a luxury apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was OK but not great.
