Super nice resort with remarkable coffee place run by a barista who can’t hear or talk. Only downside: The Chinese restaurant tried to make out of 150 rupees 750. I truly hope that was a mistake!“

„the hotel is in the financial district and therewith really outside the city. Nothing around to go to. No bars, no restaurants. The hotel has a cafe, but the coffee there was really bad and low level, but to a high price. The staff is - as always in India - very very friendly and helpful. The spa and the fitness area are nice. The breakfast is very good with very friendly and helpful cooks. The aircon at the room is centralized and I could not change it. “

I loved one breakfast staff who also worked in the Chinese restaurant. He went above and beyond to help me. The restaurants and rooftop bar were also nice.“

„Das Pool müßte mal renoviert werden. Die angebotenen Kuchenstücke im Kaffee sehen nicht nur gut aus, die schmecken auch vorzüglich! Ein besonderes Lob verdient der Empfang in der Hotellobby, jederzeit hilfsbereit, höflich und kompetent mit den Auskünften.“

„Personal an der Rezeption braucht 20 Minuten, um 2 Personen einzuchecken, die Übernachtungen wurden vorab online gebucht. Nach unserer Beobachtung ging es bei anderen Gästen auch so langsam. Nachteilig noch, dass es im Restaurant und auf den Zimmern keine Speisekarte gibt, nur ein QR-Code, der funktionierendes WiFi voraussetzt, um das Speiseangebot abzurufen. Leider funktionierte das einloggen ins Hotelnetz nicht, auch die Rezeption konnte nicht helfen. Würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. ...

„Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived.
