„A fantastic stay. The hotel is large, beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and centrally located near the city hall. The rooms are lovely and spotless, including the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast at the Aria restaurant was superb. The staff is impeccable, efficient, courteous, well-trained, and professional. „Wer in Seoul eine besonderes Hotel sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Von den Zimmern über das Essen bis zum herrvoragend und freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen (Danke noch mal an Elena für den freundlichen Empfang) fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl. Absolute Empfehlung! Auch die Lage ist zum Shopping und direkt an der U-Bahn ideal. Kleiner Tipp: Für ein Mittagessen den Food-Court im Shinsegae-Einkaufszenter nebenan besuchen. Absolute Empfehlung, das Hotel war ein Highlight unsere Rundreise.“

„Wir waren in diesem Hotel fünf Nächte und haben es für ein Kurztripp nach Seoul genutzt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, was ich ein wenig schade finde. Ist es, dass du nicht mit dem Kind an den Rooftop Pool gehen kannst. Beim Frühstück gab es für jeden etwas große Auswahl.“

„Mondrian Hotel, a jewel in Itaewon. Very friendly staff, nice big indoor pool (also for kids) and nice atmosphere especially in the lobby with music and nice interior. You can walk to lively Itaewon for more restaurants and shops. A few bus lines pass close to the hotel, which make it convenient to for example to Seoul Station and airports ( by changing once into airport railroad). Thank you to all the staff, making our stay rememberable. “

„Good Hotel, unfortunately they held a fair for art in 3 Hotel floors which made hotel gusts wait for more than 10 minutes to get an elevator to their rooms. Perfect breakfast buffet, nice personal, but if you try to get something from the reception after 22:00 PM, you are in trouble because it didn't work 2 times to get help from them. “

"A fantastic stay. The hotel is large, beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and centrally located near the city hall. The rooms are lovely and spotless, including the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast at the Aria restaurant was superb. The staff is impeccable, efficient, courteous, well-trained, and professional. The Club Lounge felt like our second home during our stay. We also used the pool and sauna, both clean and well-maintained. Nothing negative thing to say about this hotel. We would come back tomorrow."
