„Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. “

„First of all was this intrusive artificial smell from the bed linen caust from the fabrik softener. Why they have an unhygienic carpet at the floor? Although promised at the check in i got no breakfast (i am a vegetarian). “

„Het hotel Wink is een vrij nieuw hotel. De ruimtes zijn strak en schoon. De kamer is klein, maar voorzien van alle gemakken en handig ingedeeld. Er mist alleen een waterkoker. Maar koffie en thee haal je eventueel aan de bar in de lobby. Het hotel heeft ook een gym, maar daar heb ik geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er stond veel wind, waardoor ik wat last de slaap kon vatten. Nadeel van aan zee zitten.“

We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. Breakfast was a decent selection and for western guests there were fresh eggs to order and nice fresh bread. „The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive“

„We booked a room for four nights but left after two. Although the room was really nice, you can not enjoy the stay here. There is a highway directly next to the bungalows (10 m) and constant truck-honking and (really loud) traffic noise that you hear all the time. The staff doesn't speak English at all and the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but only a truck stop where cats with cut off tails wander around and in rooms next to the kitchen. The food is horrible and we even had a ...

„Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. “

Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. „Die Gegend drum herum ist etwas karg geraten. Leider ist auf Hotel Restaurant angewiesen, welches ok ist, aber bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas eintönig erscheint. Absolut positiv zu er erwähnen ist das Spa! Ferner hat man uns aufgrund der späten Abreisezeit einen späteren Check Out Termin eingeräumt. “
