My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city "

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s. The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel. "Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "
