„Der Aufenthalt im Sara Resort war einfach super. Es war ein wenig Schimmel im Bad und es hat dort etwas muffig gerochen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft super. Frühstück war lecker, die Auswahl war ausreichend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam (ganz besonders Mr. Estonia und Tith Sophea). Für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst und wir würden gerne immer wieder kommen“

„We found the staff friendly courteous and attentive. The hotel foyer, breakfast area and our room was very clean and tidy and our room was made up nicely each day. The hotel has a supermarket a very short walk from it (within 50 metres of the end of the driveway). „Eigentlich ist das Hotel sehr schön und hat einen wunderschönen Pool. Leider gibt sich das Personal zu wenig Mühe auch in den Zimmern einen Topzustand oder das Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Schluss aufrecht zu halten. Die Minibar wird nicht aufgefüllt, der Abfall im Zimmer selber gesammelt und aufgestapelt. Hab eine Massage bestellt, ist nie angekommen. Hauseigener Taxidienst ist nicht gewährleistet, darum ist es sehr schwer, ein Taxi zu bekommen. Das Hotel liegt zu weit weg von der Stadt, die ...

„Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues.“

"The high speed ferry docks right at their peer which is very convenient. The cabins are simple but nice with a nice bed, water cooker, refrigerator and TV. The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioner worked and could be regulated and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with enough chairs and the beach has nice white sand. With the tide a lot of garbage is washed up on shore and the hotel sends people to clean it up. We only had breakfast at the resort. The food was good with enough variety. There are many places to eat dinner or lunch along the beach. Many resorts on the island are being rebuilt or refurbished after being hit severely by the COVID lockdowns. The resort is pricy for Cambodian standards, but we had a very nice stay."
