„Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city.“

„I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.“

„Amazing. The resort is very well designed with open spaces outside the cottages. I will strongly recommend Ground floor cottages facing the lawns. Food was good and overall service was prompt. Resort attracts animals from the jungle, standing right next to Dhela portion of Cobett. During our stay, some deers came one night though we didnt see them.“

„The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the property is just too good. Swimming pool was very small and food was ok. But would definitely recommend this for anyone to stay for couple of days to visit Nainital. The trekking experience was just too good.“

„Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.“
