„I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off“

„When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like.“

„Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. “

„My stay at 24/7 was the best hotel experience I hear in my multiple trips to Lagos. The property has a kitchen floor cooking, gym, and rooftop lounge. The property was clean, and The strat was Excellent. They had a generator and electricity and air condition. There's was a grocery near by, and the property has security. I will surely stay again. My only complaint is the wifi wasn't working, and the beds were very hard and not comfortable. But I greatly enjoyed my stay and will be staying again ...

„First, I was embarrassed when the hotel claimed they had no dealings or contact with Hotels.com. I told them I had paid with my Visa debit card but they refused. Because it was late, I had to pay cash again. I have receipts. Hotels.com will do well not to charge my card. The service was poor as the generator did not come on or at best epileptic. The place is just substandard for the price and location“
