„We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. “

„The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of food to choose. My kids said it was the best buffet they ever had. They loved the Pho Bo and tasty western breakfast bread. The hotel had great view from the infinity pool. Would love to stay longer but will definitely stay here again. “

„Erina Cruise ist ein hervorragendes Schiff. Die Ausstattung der Kabine und auch der Whirlpool an Deck. Die Bar war ebenfalls einfach nur schön. Ein absolutes Highlight war jedoch das Essen! Die Ausflüge waren ebenfalls ok. Leider ist das Ganze sehr überlaufen, aber dafür ist die Halong Bay ja inzwischen bekannt.“

„Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!“

„I have enjoyed staying at this SeaStar hotel. (Single word SeaStar). Great for families. I like the beds and room service. Buffet breakfast is amazing and has so many varieties. One thing we did not knew until last moment that hotel restaurant can make lunch and dinners on preorders and much cheaper compared to other nearby fancy restaurants. Worth to visit again.“

„Aircondition could not regulated. Was too cold. Minibar was not filled up. Umbrella in room was broken. Wifi too slowly and broken every 30 min. Beach boring. No Restaurant there. Breakfast boring and to hot for sitting in breakfastroom. No aircon was turned on but only used fan“

„This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. “

„This is a gorgeous cruise. The service is EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. It is definitely Luxurious and they have Live Music with 2 singers that have the voices of angels. I will go back and tell my friends that this is the cruise to take for Halong Bay….Amazing!!!“

„Die 3-tägige (2 Nächte) Tour war ein voller Erfolg. Das Schiff (Royal Orchid III - 2 Monate alt) hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Schiffe in der Organisation (Royal Orchid I + II) welche 1 bzw. 2 Jahre alt sind, aber ebenfalls in nichts nachstehen. Service absolut top! Würde ich wieder buchen!“
