„The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option.“

„Staff at front desk was not truthful about timeshare misled me into believing they were giving me a discounted excursion because I paid too much for my room from Expedia after I signed up for excursion and paid they said be at seminar at 9 am that’s when I asked was this a timeshare seminar and they said yes. „We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! “

You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be.“
