Dés notre arrivée la réception nous a pointé du doigt pour anomalie lié à l'âge de notre fille (visiblement le site d'hotel.com considère les adolescents de 15 ans comme des enfants alors que selon la politique de l'hôtel c'est un adulte) L'hôtel nous a demandé de régler immédiatement un surplus de 45 EUR pour obtenir les clés de notre chambre. „First room I was given had broken door lock with constant alarm going off.
