„Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent food options. Buffet breakfast and dinner had an international flairn which we served in the main dining room daily. There were also 4 optional dining options 2 restaurants and a cafe and a bar /dining by the pool side. The bed was very comfortable. I looked forward to getting in bed in the evenings. It was not just a hotel, it had a resort feel to it. If I should visit Abuja again, I would stay there again. “

„I really enjoyed my three nights here. Breakfast could be better, but I’m not a breakfast person so I will let it slide. Overall the hotel was pretty excellent and the staff were brilliant, helpful and cordial. One big negative was that the hot tub advertised on Expedia as part of the hotel facility is actually not free to use. It costs a whooping N400k to use for 2 hours. This has to be stated clearly on the hotel website. “

„Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Strenge Sicherheit. Grosse Zimmer. Maintenance Probleme wie in allen Hotels in Nigeria. Ueberall Spannteppiche aber keine starken Staubsauger, Kalt-Heiss Wasser Mischung funktioniert nicht. Trotz allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Es wird kein Alkohol serviert.“

„Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut in Schuss. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere auch das Bad sind auf hohem Niveau eingerichtet. Leider war in meinem Zimmer die Klimaanlage so angebracht, dass die Luft immer aufs Bett blies, was eher unangenehm war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, mit einigen Sachen beim Check-in aber offenbar (noch) überfordert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch das Frühstück, insbesondere die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. ...

„First time back in a few years and I was more than pleased with what I encountered. My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed.“

„ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.“

„The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. “

„We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip to Abuja. Alphaplus remained our favorite. Location to jabi lake was great. Staff was so kind. Room service was slower than expected, but the food always arrived warm and delicious. The market across the road has just about anything ypu need and ypu can walk to Jabi Mall. There are rides you can take just put the gates as well as a hotel driver. Loved this hotel! Bed was a little hard.“
