The apartment has not been cleaned 4 days while they promised to clean every days, no bed sheet change which is not coton but elastics, curtains are not functional. never go there again. the staff doen' speak English are not of good help.“

„Bei der Anreise wurde mit erzählt das das Hotel ausgebucht ist Nachts um 3:30 Das geht garnicht es wurde auch keine Lösung des Problems gesucht . darmit war das für das Peronal erledigt. Musste erst mei Arabischen Bekannten Kontaktieren damit da was passiert es wurde dann lange und laut gesprochen .es wurde mir dann ein Zimmer angeboten was nicht meiner Bestellung entspach .Es war leider kein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. in der Nacht und die Tage danach.“

„I got an upgrate to a 3 bedroom suite, since they didn't have the Standard room I book through hotels.com not available anymore. With Haman, pool and fitness as business hotel suitable after a hard working day. Also the "sights" of Riyadh are just around the corner. Quite far away from the airport, but offered shuttle is OK pricewise.“

„I couldn't even make it through the night at this terrible hotel! The reception was awful, the room was filthy, the pool was dirty and full of dirt, and there was a terrible smell in the hallways. To top it all off, the alarm bell went off at 6 in the morning and no one apologized or even bothered to explain what was going on! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.“

„The unit was spacious and we loved it! There was always someone at the front desk with excellent customer service and English skills. Moreover it was an enjoyable stay further enhanced by the comfort we received at these furnished apartment. The location was also excellent. Will be back “

„The room space was considerably large (Front desk upgraded my room as a kind gesture). Property is not that attractive but definitely with such thoughtful members, business is lucky to have them around. I hope I recall the name correctly but it was something close to Soliman! “
