„The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.“

„the staff was very unprofessional and not trained properly
i booked 2 suite rooms and i got one suite room and one standard room.
also they forced my kids to stay at 3rd floor and parents at 5th floor without parental attention
or they asked me to stay all in one room despite booking 2 suite rooms (they sold my rooms to someone else it seems )
had to wait fir 1.30 hours to get my room key
overall a very good property at very good location with worst customer service
never recommend ...

„We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The access to the property is steep, narrow and the terrain is little rugged, so be prepared and experience is needed to get to the ...
