„I liked that it was clean and affordable. After seeing a hot plate in the photos of the breakfast buffet, I was expecting to see eggs or something warm. As I walked in on the first morning there was no hot plate. I was also expecting/hoping for a sofa and got chairs, however the bed was comfortable and the chairs were comfortable enough. Area well maintained and friendly staff. “

„Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Easy check in and check out process. Only weird thing was the wardrobes were padlocked closed so we had nowhere to hang our clothes. As we arrived after the reception office had closed and were only staying one night we didn’t follow it up with anyone.“

„So quiet for a place right near the road to Brisbane, I could barely hear any traffic. It’s walking distance to a convenience store with, a couple of nice restaurants and (a bit farther) a shopping centre. The room is comfy and very well-maintained - it feels well-loved. All the staff were friendly and helpful. “

„Staff were outstanding. Room was clean and fresh. Bedding was very clean. Some noisy tenants which the owners might want to look into. One thing they can do is better screening of prospective tenants and clear warnings around how they behave and the purpose of the property.“

„I had to travel to Toowoomba for an emergency and when I first booked, I accidentally chose the wrong dates due to being flustered. They fixed my dates for me straight away and were very understanding and helpful. The grounds and rooms were kept nice and clean. “
