„The lady at the counter was amazing, perfectly organized, very helpful, everything on time. Bed was very comfy, everything clean. All staff and people around in restaurants and shops were very friendly, everything in short walking distance and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious, view of sphinx and pyramids breathtaking. Street in front of the house at daytime noisy, but that‘s part of the city and didn‘t bother us. Would always come again. Thanks a lot to the staff!!!“

„Very friendly staff. They did help us with all the questions and issues. Very friendly with kids. It is in a good position to access old museum and close to the main road so it is very easy to grab a taxi to visit other city attractions. Place can be quite noisy till late night, as you are close to the main road and drivers use to honk a lot. Room came with complimentary ear plugs though.“

„Thank you for making this a great vacation! The hotel has an awesome location, you can see the famous pyramids from the rooftop terrace. We had a balcony with views of the Sphinx!! The room is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good with amazing views. The personell provided a great service, they were very nice and helpful. Can recommend this hotel for easy access to the pyramids, and good connection for your excursions (less traffic than in Cairo).“

Especially, with a kind of chaotic flight delay, I had to postpone my pickup from the airport to around after midnight and exchange messages with jasmine hotel during which the staff was constantly very reassuring, friendly, professional and helpful. „The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. “
