„Pros: staff was very helpful. Room service and calling cabs ok. AC was working very well. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was great. Cons: Fridge was not cold at all. Inside of fridge was moldy. Toilet required 2 full flushes. Toilet smelled bad after flushing. Washroom wall mirror was too dark to use.“

„Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, ist unweit eines großartigen Restaurants (Bade Bhai Ka Brothers Dhabaund) gelegen. Der Golden Tempel is fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sieht nicht sehr abgewohnt aus. Das Bad ist großzügig und sauber. Auch das Bett war kompfortabel. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, dass im Zimmer alle Annehmlichkeiten vorzufinden waren die für mich wichtig waren z.B. Bügeleisen, Fön, Wasserkocher, Fernseher und es gab freies W-LAN. „Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL. „It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks “

„One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.“

„Not recommended. The staff is clueless: 1. They did not find my reservation 2.Why did they take picture of my domuments besides copying them? 3. Could not help me set up the WiFi The room and the equipment is not up to standards: 1. In winter they only put only a small blanket, there is no heating and it got very cold at night. 2. No toilet paper 3. The toilet has stains from ages ago. 4. There were constant electricity cuts“
