„They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication.“

„The hotel's main appeal is the view on Halong Bay, given you have the right room. Besides that its rather run down and lacks the service quality you would expect from a four-star hotel.
For example the breakfast, which is supposed to be a buffet. However on 2 of our 3 days there they simply cancelled it without any previous communication, only offering stale bread, an omelette and fruit. On top of this there were people smoking in the food area, which did not increase its appeal.
