„I am extremely disappointed with my stay. First of all- there was no mention in the listing about no front desk. we had to call the customer service everytime for any questions or help. „Perfect location! If you do some research you can ski just short of the front door from blackcomb. Overall I would rate it a 7 the town home is really outdated like stepping back into the 1980’s and really needs updates. Buttons on the stove were worn off, pull out couch had cheerio’s in it, shower curtain had some mold shower heads need to be replaced. Relatively clean but you definitely hear the neighbors for 5 people it did the job. 3 stars “

„The accommodation itself is not well taking care of. There’s dust and cobwebs inside rooms. There’s musty smell when you enter the house and the place is not well ventilated. No aircondition just electric fan and heater. The towels and the comforter has yellow stains in it. The pillow cases and towels smells. I phoned the guest services and verbalized my concern and told me they cleaned it and couldn’t do anything about it. “
