„The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. “

„Personal war wunderbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr schön. Aber unser Bungalow und andere müssten renoviert werden, die Aussenveranda besonders. Das Resort kämpft tafer nach derInsolvenz. Sie bauen sehr fleissig an den Mängeln. Wir würden trotzdem wiefer kommen.“

„You get what you pay for. The bathroom in the room I got was literally unreal in the worst way. The sheets were dirty. The room was unkept. It literally felt like touching anything in the room would get me dirty. I slept on top of the sheets because that felt like the safer option. Literally the worse room I’ve ever stayed in in my life.“

The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident.
The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened

„Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out.
Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine.
Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile.
Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.“
