„Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle.“

„ The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression. One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas.It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room.The room lock is so poor that it can be ...

„This hotel is a large complex, big rooms, large grounds with two pools and lots of amenities. We stayed during the dry season which is the off season, there were hardly any hotel guests and they were running some sort of education program. So there was no atmosphere but nice and quiet. Only the small pool was being used probably due to being dry season. There is only WiFi in the lobby and the shower water only ever got to tepid in temperature.
