„Die Rezeption war bei Anreise nicht besetzt. Nach 15 minütiger Wartezeit, hat mein Mann den Schlüssel überreicht bekommen, da mit mir als Frau nicht gesprochen wurde. Es gab nur kaltes Wasser in der einen, nicht gesperrten Dusche. Auf Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Das Bett bestand aus zwei Holzkisten und einer Matratze. Das Fenster war im geschlossenen Zustand trotzdem noch 4cm geöffnet. Alle Räume waren in einem SEHR schlechten Zustand!! Das Frühstück war lächerlich! Die Mitarbeiter/Gäste ...

„Das Hotel liegt auf einer Raststätte. Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und schäbig. Die Tapete blättert von den Wänden und das Badezimmer war sehr grenzwertig. Über den Teppich im Zimmer möchte ich nicht nachdenken. Frühstück gab es nur bei Mc Donald's oder Costa auf der Raststätte.“

„Brilliant stay. Hostess very friendly and breakfast was one of the best I've had. Nice place and very homely. Great location if you want to see the surrounding area. Pickering itself was limited if you wanted evening meals and not just pub food but we found an Indian restaurant within a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was recommend.“

„Excellent location, set back from any main roads. Extremely peaceful but exactly what you need for a weekend away. Pond outside of the cabin made it gorgeous for a lovely drink in the morning to start the day. Scott was a fantastic host and extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. “

„Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it.
