„Everything was good except.the hotel location. It is very difficult for a cab to find the hotel location so ride frequently get cancelled.“

„This hotel was almost perfect in all terms. So the only potential improvements could be the extremely noisy kitchen ventilation on the roof which you can hear in all rooms and the smelling bathroom of room no 25. Apart from that was the room itslef perfect, clean and had a stunning view towards the lake. The stuff was unbelievable friendly and helpful with everything and the restaurant was outstanding good. Loved our stay here!“

„I stayed at the hotel between March 14 and 17, 2019. The room was great, very clean and with a good smell. The location is great, you are close to the main tourist attractions of Jaipur such as the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and others. The owner of the property helps in all that it is possible to have a good stay in Jaipur and the staff are very helpful and attentive. A great surprise in India and highly recommended!“

„Colonel's Retreat isn't a fancy hotel with a pool. It's in a safe & quiet residential area and it has a "soul". The rooms are a good size, excellent shower and very comfy bed. The staff are lovely, they even when we had an early train offered a takeaway breakfast. They also organised all our pickups and drop offs very efficiently. „The place is a bit far from the main gaths and turistic atraction and a bit hard to reach (has to be by foot). The staff was nice and the AC worked well in the room which was really good, since the rest of the place was pretty warm. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was not separeted from the rest, which leads to the whole bathroom being wet after showering. The mattress was old and had a whole in the center. Breakfast was OK. If you are not searching for too much comfort, this place is good.“

„Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned.
