„Nice place with a good view over Winckley Square. We just booked one night local to get out of the house as our son was having friends around for his 21st. As we left the 20 and 21yr olds behind, was quite surprised to be met by the unmistakable smell of weed in the living room of the flat. Not a massive problem to be fair, but the sickly smell does tend to linger. The flat is quite nicely fitted out in a faux art deco style. „For the price, a fantastic place. Check-in was good, the parking was good, room was absolutely perfect for my needs. And, do you know what? when you travel a lot in various places or countries you are always trying to blag extra milk for the coffees. This place was the exception to that rule. „Ich würde dort noch nicht mal hinfahren.Lage war ok,bis zur Stadt ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.Das Zimmer war klein,das Bad noch kleiner. Ich hatte das zwar gelesen(wobei es keine Fotos der Gesamtansicht Bad gibt),aber war erschrocken, wie klein es war.Zudem stank es im ganzen Hotel (wurde durch Raumduft vergeblich übertüncht),evtl.war das Teppichkleber (habe Reste von Teppich gesehen) .Meines Erachtens sehr ungesundes Raumklima.Hatten schon lange Fenster auf,aber es war halt auch sehr kalt dann.“

„Just to clarify the kitchen/shared bathroom situation: This is a converted house. Ground floor has bathroom off kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen are both domestic and fully equipped - kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. By all means bring a meal to heat up in the microwave for dinner but be warned there is no table to eat it at! Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable but no table in there either, and sockets (or should that be socket?) are in very poor locations so bring long ...

„It's not the Ritz, but is clean, comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and it's quiet, being set back from the main A6. The hotel is being gradually refurbished and it does need it as the decor is very dated. You can tell that it was previously a Premier Inn. It was reasonably priced for one night. I didn’t frequent the attached pub so can't comment on food quality. “

„It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay.“
