„Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. „Very welcoming place. Staff do everything they can to help you. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Onsen on site is great. One of the best places I've stayed. “

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, das sieht man, aber das stört nicht. Sehr nettes Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.“

„Great cozy little inn. Stayed here for a week and would stay here again. Beds were comfy, bathroom was big enough. Very close to the bus terminal, Happo One resort and a few restaurants and bars. The onsen was very handy after long days on the slopes too. Make sure you have google translate if you need to ask the staff anything.“
