„Die Zimmer sind geräumig und Sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bade Zimmer ist grosszügig. Die Aussicht war super. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem top. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.“

„Ich war sehr enttäuscht weil unsere Flug ist nicht geflogen. wir waren 5 Studen gesperrt im Flugzeug im Frankfurt. Am Nächte tag ich wollte meine Buchung ändern für ein tag später und das war nicht möglich und kein stop Stornierung. Ich könne zum Hotel nicht ankommen weil der Flug nicht geflogen ist. “

„The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to Paulista avenue, with many restaurants and shopping possibilities. It was safe to walk around in the neighbourhood with your valuables in a bag.
The hotel was not the newest. Everything worked but it could use an upgrade.

„Das Hotel ist gut wenn man nicht allzu viel erwartet. Das Personal am Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent. Das Mittagsbüffet war durchschnittlich. Die Zimmer einfach eingerichtet. Wenn man es nicht zu laut haben möchte sollte man nach einem Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke fragen. Hier ist es ruhiger auf Grund der großen Straße vorm Hotel und dem Hubschrauberlandeplatz gegenüber.“

The room & the bathroom is from early 70th and not changed, not renovated! No coffee machine, not such a service I had in other Melia or other 5 stars hotels!
