I killed about 15-20 mosquitos every night and we left all windows closed to avoid new ones to come in. But every night was the same, we has no idea how they got in. Our babys and our son were covered with bites and looked like they were heavily sick. The hotel bought a standard stuff for the socket but that was so hyper-allergic and ...

„Super netter Vermieter. Alles was wir für das Apartment benötigt haben, wurde uns noch aus dem riesigen Lager besorgt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Vermieter legt unheimlich viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und auch sonst war die Kommunikation nie ein Problem.
Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten ins Zentrum von Drepano und 1 Minute zum Strand. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 min zu abgelegenen Stränden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren auf Peleponnes. Wir kommen gerne wieder. “

„We highly recommend this beautiful place for a stay in Nafplio. Every room is special and from the upper ones you have a great view of the area around. Great pool with extremely comfortable sunbeds. Comfy bed, which is quite important from my point of view (not that hard as in other hotels). All the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, every day they offered other home made things, cut into small pieces, so that you can try everything.

„Wir waren die letzte Septemberwoche 2020 für zwei Wochen angereist. Die Lage ist wunderschön erhöht gelegen (deswegen der Name). Zum Strand oder zum Ortskern ist es nicht weit, der Rückweg steil. Aber das schadet ja nicht. Wetter war überragend. Sehr viele gute Tavernen, auch für den schmalen Geldbeutel. Nettes Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.“

The hotel bought a standard stuff for the socket but that was so hyper-allergic and did only work semi-good that we raised the issue again and again. They said the call pest control but that never happend. We were forced to leave two days earlier as we want to keep more harm away from our kids and us. They told us a refund would not be possible due to the hotel rules and also dis not credit the tourist tax. Also the manager offered us a free dinner we has bed and breakfast and after two times we paid for the dinner we never used it again and the offer came afterwards so they also did not refund one dinner as promised as well.
The employees were all nice but the food selection at dinner for a 5star hotel was not even close to that what you can expect amd this is why we eat outside nearly every day!
I must say finally that such a way of dealing with clients like us is not the way I want to be treated. This is why I can‘t recommend this hotel"
