„We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !“

„Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Hat unsere hohen Erwartungen erfüllt
"Hervorragendes Essen, sehr gute Animationen und eine wunderschöne Anlage. Das einzige Negative das wir sagen können: - Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut, kühlt die Luft aber trocknet sie nicht wirklich, somit war es im Zimmer stets feucht. - Keine Siphon in der Dusche, starke Gerüche im Zimmer. - Die "Bellboys" waren nicht sehr freundlich. Zudem standen unsere Koffer nach Zimmerabgabe und Abgabe der Koffer an die "Bellboys" mehrere Stunden in der vollen Sonne. Somit waren Inhalt und Produkte gekocht und geschmolzen. Der Bellboy hat das nicht wirklich interessiert, als wir ihn darauf angesprochen haben. Unsere Medikamente mussten wir danach wegwerfen. Ansonsten war alles hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder buchen und das Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen."
