„Very nice place to stay. Bed is super comfortable, heater kept the place nice and warm when below freezing outside. Big tv with Netflix, very nice and heated bathroom with great stand up shower. Is about a 15 minute hike into town, but goes by fast as you find yourself staring at the mountains encompassing the town. Kitchen area had tools and utensils for two, ate most of our meals in house. More apart hotel, hotel communication prior to arrival through this app was ok, with a direct email ...

„Nice solid bach with some amazing views in a great part of Hanmer. 4 proper bedrooms with tons of beds, and extra couches for kids who like to shift in the night! Bedrooms are all on ground floor with a bathroom, living/dining room on first level with deck and a loft above living room. Loft ladder is a vertical ladder on wall with no sides and loft has no way to lock it or secure so active supervision of young kids required. Flooring has no insulation so any light sleepers will hear every ...

„Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). „Overall we had a great stay at the house. Would have been nice to use the fire, but it wasn't operational, and the heat pump remote had flat batteries...but the heaters in the house made up for it and we had a warm house all the time. We had 6 adults in the house and found that very comfortable. A few others things didn't work perfectly but I passed these in to the property manager and hopefully they'll lbe sorted for the next people. Great location just out of town and not too much uphill ...

„Property suited our needs perfectly needing 5 bedrooms, great views, large lounge where we could all sit watch tv or chat. . Well appointed kitchen and large dining table. Host was great to deal with would highly recommend this property for large family or a stay with friends“

„I stayed with my mother atthe end of a 2 week holiday, or a last few days together. The entire process from booking, to checking in, paying and leaving was simple. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and comfortable and also close to shops and the walking distance to the CBD. One thing to remember - Cars parked on the street can be a bit tricky to navigate dependant on the size of your car when reversing out of the driveway. Definitely on my list for our next holiday.“

„Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das ist aber auch schon alles Positive, was wir hierüber sagen können. Wir hatten eine Suite für 3 Tage gebucht um uns vor unserem Rückflug noch einmal so richtig zu erholen. Check-In war für 14:00 Uhr angegeben. Wir waren 20 Minuten zu früh da und uns wurde gesagt, dass um 14:00 Uhr das Zimmer bereit wäre. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten war es das immer noch nicht. Unsere Laune sank.
