„The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.“

„The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. “

Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. „Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending ...

I am very uncomfortable about that as for all I know, it has been cloned and is now in circulation somewhere in the world. At first, we were unable to locate the correct key safe as video sent to us demonstrated the key being retrieved from a different model. We finally retrieved the keys.
