The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor. We had no kids with us and booked months in advance. Just not sure why we were put on the 2nd floor to begin with. We ...

„This was our first time here, and it was my wife and my 30th weddings anniversary. It was very nice, wish the room was a bit cleaner, like all the sand on the floor, always had to wipe off feet before we got on the bed (pretty annoying).. the staff was very accommodating. Overall will probably come back again. “

„Not to bad put there was construction going on in different places , parking was a bit hard for an full size van only can park on first floor since it was bike week there were a few trailers taking up the spots, property was right on the beach “

„Zimmer war groß und sauber, und hatten Meerblick obwohl wir es nicht gebucht haben. Einrichtung ist nicht sehr modern aber passt und ist nicht kaputt oder so. Der Pool Bereich ist ganz cool - der lazy river war mega cool! haben auch mehrere Jacuzzis und inside und outside pool und direkt von da kann man zum Strand. Insgesamt tolles Hotel direkt am strand!“

Pros: the staff was very friendly, plenty of clean towels, Starbucks, the views from the balcony, easy parking, many pools, the bowling alley/arcade, food was good, pool side cocktails. Cons: rooms are outdated and muggy, pools were murky, everything need a good cleaning and be updated, due to Covid the rooms could not be cleaned daily, slow elevators/need more elevators. „El recibimiento que tuvimos fue ingrato una señora de color , nos trato de muy mala manera, sin dar explicaciones nos mandó a un lugar al otro lado de la calle yo le dije que había reservado en Palace resort pero me repitió al "otro lado de la calle" , tuve que llamar a hotel .com luego regresé al hotel y me recibió otra señora de color muy amable y ya no hubo más problema , “
