„The great view on the ocean and the coast line is really the jewel of this hotel. Apart from that, the hotel is also nice but not as awesome as I would have expected for that price. The personal touch and the great customer care I normally expect in a 5 star hotel was not really evident, except from some individual staff members that made a difference. But it was nonetheless a great stay, thanks to the great location and the general appearance of the hotel.“

„Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal an der Türe und Empfang. Internetverbindung etwas mühsam, da man sich immer wieder einwählen muss. Die Teppiche in Gang und Zimmer sind ein no-go! Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses sind laut und Null (Aus-) Sicht, da gleich über der Lüftungsanlage. Hatte zuerst eine Junior Suite gebucht, wegen des Lärmes und Düsterkeit das Zimmer dann gewechselt. “

„Ich war eine Woche im Hotel und war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Vor allem das freundliche und fleissige Personal ist mir an Herzen gewachsen. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist vorbildlich. Wenn man unbedingt etwas kritisieren will, dann denn deutlich zu teuren Wäsche Service. Neben an ist gleich eine Reinigung die deutlich billiger ist. Ich würde aber jederzeit diese Hotel wieder nehmen.“
