„I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.“

„Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.“

„Stayed with my daughter over the weekend. Adorable property, very clean, great location. Was perfect for us. Rented a movie in owners account by accident, owner was very gracious, granted us permission, we did not have to pay. Side notes: caution, stairwell is narrow and tall, going up and down with large piece of luggage is somewhat a trick. If you are over 6ft tall, you may not fit comfortably in the nook where the toilet sits. “

„If you need a clean place with a lot of bedrooms, this is a great spot in Manhattan. The host was helpful and responsive. The entrance is right on ninth avenue, which can be quite busy with some people hanging out on the sidewalk, but we never felt unsafe.“

„The owner had no sense of humor of our CHULK art work... she ended up not allowing us to stay at the rental that we booked 7 months in advance and paid in full. We apologize for the chulk drawing and was willing to wash it off and she still refused to let us stay, and refused to give us a refund. The house had trash all around the outside.“
