„Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise und hatten ein komfortables Appartement in einer ganz neuen Anlage. Eine späte Anreise war nach einer kurzen E-mail problemlos möglich, genaue Anweisungen gab es ebenfalls per E-mail ein paar Tage vor der Anreise. Lediglich auf die 100USD Endreinigung hätte etwas deutlicher hingewiesen werden können.“

„The appartment has a good location to start tours to SF. Easy connection by bus. Very friendly host providing and supporting with all you need. As the appartment is on the ground floor, behind the garage of the House, it is a little bit dark. Anyhow, we felt comfortable and did not miss anything. We had what we needed.“

„The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure “

„The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location.“

He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. „The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊“

„Couldn't have been a better stay. The view is exceptional and peaceful. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. I will 100% stay here again the next time I am in the area.“

„Die FW liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, dadurch braucht man allerdings mit ÖPNV mehr als eine Stunde ins Zentrum, mit dem Auto eine halbe Stunde. Parken im Zentrum ist allerdings verdammt teuer. Vor der FW ist ausreichend öffentlicher Parkraum. Ich empfehle Uber! Die FW hat ein etwas schmales Doppelbett, ein großes Sofa und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Fernsehen gibt es nur in Form von Netflix. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional und schön integriert. „Loved the place, roomy, cozy and had all the essentials. The parking situation is the only thing I didn’t like. Finding overnight parking was a bit of a struggle.“

„The communication with the host in regards to the property and check in was excellent. The property was centrally located. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it.“

The accommodation was good, bathroom small and sink tiny but the kitchen sink was large so my husband and I used that! Only thing lacking was no wardrobe or closet for hanging clothes, only 1 hook in the bedroom, but we managed and did like the space and cottage feel!
