„The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot“

A couple hiccups during our stay, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend as long as you do not have any mobility issues since there are stairs to access as noted in the photos.“
