„This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us.
