„Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. „Beautiful beach! The property is lovey, but the rooms are showing age and smell like mold. The food quality has definitely decreased since our visit in 2022. Meals were often bland and average. Beach service was average at best. “

„Nice enough Hotel but definitely not what it used to be. Room had paint and spackle spots on the floor. Technically wery modern but all the furniture has chippod paint or other damages. Mirror was not cleaned completley and there where nail clippings in the bathroom. Also for being an LGBT hotelit has a weird policy that guests have to sign in and leave their ID at the desk so hookups can be very awkward. While checking in people where nice enough but they try to sell you some kind of timeshare ...

„Great stay. I stayed 4 nights here. I arrived to Puerto Vallarta noon thankfully they were available to accommodate with an early check in. I was assigned to the 20th level, the door of the room did not open with the key and that was due to the “battery”. They had said that they were going to send tech to come and fix it while we went to go eat. When we came back to our room the door didn’t open with the key. „Wir waren schon mehrfach Gast in diesem Hotel, das etwas erneuert wurde in der Pandemie. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, vor allem in Haus 1 (Zimmernummer 1....) aber dafür meist mit Balkon der auch Liegen hat. Das Essen hat sich erheblich verbessert zu Aufenthalten vor der Pandemie auch das Abend Buffet , zu dem auch live Musik oder eine Show geboten wird, ist nun sehr empfehlenswert.
