We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. „Es hat uns gut gefallen, Essen war sehr gut , Personal sehr freundlich. Am Pool wäre es schön, wenn die Liegen und Tische jeden Tag sauber gemacht würden, sie waren immer mit Vogelkot verdreckt. Auch die Treppenhäuser sind nicht sehr sauber. Alles andere war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Hygienekonzept war sehr gut! Der Handtuchwechsel klappte nicht immer.“

„It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. “
