„The staff here is amazing!!!! Big shout out out to bartenders Francisco. Such a great guy! While I have no major complaints, I didn’t like how all the restaurants required pants. Not even dress shorts were allowed and no speakers by the pool. I understand they were respecting everyone taste in music but consider we were at a adult resort, I thought they would be more flexible . The beach was amazing on the days it was clean but not the resorts fault. Would definitely recommend “

„Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Aber: Es herrscht ein Mangel an Mitarbeiter, Bestellungen beim Zimmerservice dauern Stunden wenn überhaupt etwa gebracht wird. Täglicher Kampf um Handtücher und es ist fast unmöglich am Strand Getränke und Essen zu bestellen. Die Pools sind von Gruppen betrunkener Amerikaner besetzt. Dem Management ist alles gleichgültig!“

„ The hotel itself is beautiful (we cannot stress this enough), the rooftop bar and the view are unbeatable. Unfortunately the reason why we gave a 3/5 rating is because they failed to mention to us that there was construction going on or as they call it “minor adjustments/modifications”. Our room (25) was literally next to where the construction workers stored their tools so even if the hammering didn’t start at 9am, the guys had to go there earlier to pick up their things so we experienced ...

„The room itself was beautiful we used the outdoor bathtub everyday it was so romantic. The location is only about a mile away from the beach which is very convenient. When booking we didn’t realize it’s an independently owned apartment in a complex and not a hotel. With that in mind - they only give you 2 towels for the beach/pool and you can’t request more at the desk. Also the front desk staff was inexperienced. “
