„To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.“

„The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. „Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored.
